About Storefront Scout

Storefront Scout is being built for independent NYC merchants facing storefront lease decisions. We bring public property records, block vacancy and comparable rents into the same conversation.

Our mission is to make renewal research less isolated and more accessible. A free lease scan is the starting point; our planned public landlord pressure map will help merchants understand and share the story of their block.
